These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Lidsie Handgemaak / Handmade. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Products
All products are handmade and may vary slightly in colour, size, design, and appearance from product images shown on the website. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Orders
Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. The lead time for orders is approximately two weeks. During periods of high order demand, customers may be placed on a waiting list. Please note that for orders containing more than one item, an additional week will be added to the lead time for each extra item ordered.
We do not accept custom orders for copyrighted or licensed characters or designs.
5. Payment
Payment is accepted via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has cleared.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery/shipping services within applicable areas. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary. Lidsie Handgemaak / Handmade is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.
Ready to ship toys: All toys in this section are pre-made, ready for shipment and these orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days after payment is received.
Toys available on backorder: All these toys are handmade with specific orders, which means production takes time. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for this items to be completed before it is shipped.
Delivery via courier typically takes 3-7 working days.
7. Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personal details and delivery information provided are accurate and complete. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect customer information.
8. Intellectual property
All website content, including images, text, logos, and product designs, remains the property of Lidsie Handgemaak / Handmade and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the misuse of products purchased from our website.
