Refund & Return Policy

for Lidsie Handgemaak / Handmade

At Lidsie Handgemaak / Handmade, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns will only be accepted if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective upon delivery; or
  • The incorrect item was sent.

2. Return requests

Any return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase and photographic evidence may be required.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via EFT after the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor handmade variations
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care

4. Custom orders

Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless defective.
